Here’s the info for IRLP and Echolink operation.

This is for use on the 146.800, VE7RMR repeater.

IRLP

To make a call on IRLP first determine which node you want to call. The worldwide node list is at:

Go to “Node Info” then “List of nodes and Frequencies”

Example:

To call node 1050 in Vernon…key your mike and press “A1050″.   Node number must be preceded with “A”. To disconnect the call press “73″. The requirement for “A” only applies to our repeater.

If you were in Vernon and wanted to call Maple Ridge (1910) you would select one of the IRLP repeaters in Vernon and press “1910″. ..without the ”A”.

For fun, if you want to call a node at random anywhere in the world press “A777″

ECHOLINK

Echolink is on a different VoIP system with a separate list of node numbers. Find them at:

The same method is used for calling Echolink nodes except of adding  “A * “.

Example:  to call node 287151 in Calgary, press  “A*287151″

“73″ to disconnect.
