VECTOR has announced the first VHF QSO party. The Vancouver Emergency Community Telecommunications Organization (VECTOR) will sponsor a unique contest in the Greater Vancouver area on November 17. The 2-meter QSO party will run from 1000 to 1400 and use a simplex frequency between 146.415 and 147.570.
