The code for IRLP access on the club’s UHF repeater has been changed.
Recent abuse of the repeater especially late at night had previously forced the implementation of a code on the UHF repeater. This code was shared only with club members and a few persons considered to be friends of the club. Unfortunately, we learned that the code was very quickly shared in a widespread manner with non-club members and some of the abuse that had temporarily ceased, began again.
The code has now been changed and it will no longer be shared with anyone that is not a member in good standing of the club. Unfortunately this now has to be strictly enforced.
Any club member in good standing that wishes to use IRLP on the UHF repeater is asked to contact Marty (VE7XX) for the new code.
