The club will again be entering Winter Field Day which takes place January 28 and 29, 2023. This will be an outdoor event, in cold, unpleasant conditions, snow if possible. Winter Field Day is similar to the regular field day, with much more emphasis on emergency planning including operating in rough conditions. Each year, the club operates from a forest location, colder and wetter the better. Despite the sound, it’s a lot of fun and a great tool for emergency preparedness.
